This page lists every third party Agnotiq, Inc. engages to help operate Agnotiq MarginTide Pricing Intelligence (a subprocessor) on our behalf, and it is the authoritative, current list referenced by our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. We keep it current and commit to advance notice before we add or replace a subprocessor (§3).

Descripción general

Un subencargado es un proveedor de servicios externo que utilizamos para prestar parte del Servicio —por ejemplo, alojar nuestra base de datos, enviar correo electrónico o realizar inferencia de IA. Exigimos a cada subencargado que proteja la información personal y los Datos del Cliente y que los use únicamente para prestarnos su servicio, bajo términos consistentes con nuestro Anexo de Procesamiento de Datos.

Subencargados actuales

Cada fila a continuación muestra el proveedor, para qué lo usamos, las categorías de datos que puede procesar, dónde procesa esos datos y su estado de contratación. Los proveedores Activos están contratados para todos los espacios de trabajo hoy. Los proveedores Beta — opcional están contratados solo para los espacios de trabajo que optan explícitamente por un proveedor de inferencia de IA beta o un proveedor de investigación beta; ningún espacio de trabajo los usa de forma predeterminada.

Antes de agregar un nuevo subencargado o reemplazar uno existente, daremos un aviso previo de al menos 30 días. Proporcionamos ese aviso de dos maneras: (a) un correo electrónico a cada propietario de espacio de trabajo, y (b) un correo electrónico a todos los inscritos en el aviso de notificación a continuación. Puede objetar a un nuevo subencargado durante el período de aviso escribiendo a legal@agnotiq.com; nuestro Anexo de Procesamiento de Datos describe cómo manejamos una objeción.
