• Mobile companion apps — an iOS and Android companion for triage, approvals, and KPIs is built and headed for the app stores.
• Procurement-side monitoring — the same pipeline pointed at what you buy: watching supplier and purchase prices, not just competitor shelf prices.
• More monitoring verticals — workflow packs beyond e-commerce, starting with marketing spend and services.

Smoother starts and deeper integrations

• Onboarding wizard v2 — a template-first setup flow with save-and-resume, plus one-click Shopify connect and competitor quick-add during onboarding.
• Shopify App Store listing — direct installation from the Shopify App Store, alongside today's self-serve connection.

Answers and intelligence

• AI help assistant — an assistant grounded in these help articles, so you can ask questions instead of browsing.
• Multi-currency competitor tracking — follow competitors who price in other currencies, with FX-corrected analytics.
• Bring-your-own model keys — run the agent pipeline on your own LLM provider accounts.

Trust and compliance

• Regional data residency — keep workspace data in a chosen region.
• SOC 2 readiness — we're working toward SOC 2 Type 1; we are not yet certified, and we'll say so plainly until we are.
