Get set up in four steps

Go from an empty workspace to your first savings opportunity in about fifteen minutes — no suppliers, no purchase items, and no runs until you add them.

What you get

  • A live comparison of what you pay against market reference prices sourced from public list pages
  • One place to trigger a check on demand or leave it to a schedule
  • Savings opportunities ranked by expected savings and evidence grade, before you decide anything

1. Add the suppliers you buy from

Procurement Intelligence only compares your costs against suppliers you tell it to track. Head to Sources and add your incumbent supplier plus any benchmark sources you want the agent to compare against for a market reference price. Add them one at a time, or use the bulk import if you already have a list.

2. List what you buy

Tell Procurement Intelligence which purchase items to track. Add them manually, or bring in a bulk list via Purchase CatalogImport, which includes a downloadable sample CSV so you can match the expected columns.

3. Run your first check

With at least one supplier and one purchase item in place, go to Overview and select Run now. This kicks off a market-reference-price check across your connected suppliers. Checks consume research units against your plan's cap, so it's a deliberate action — set up a schedule later if you'd rather it happen automatically.

4. Open your first Savings Center opportunity

Once the run finishes, results land in the Savings Center as savings opportunities — one per purchase item where switching suppliers or renegotiating is worth reviewing. Each opportunity explains what it found and why, and you move it through validated, actioned and realized as you act on it.

Tips

  • Load the sample dataset from Settings first if you want to see a populated workspace before connecting anything real.
  • A run that produces zero opportunities is a normal result — it means your costs are already in line with the market.
