Put checks on a schedule
Manual runs are great for getting started, but pricing intelligence works best when it's continuous. A schedule has the agent run checks for you, so alerts and recommendations stay current without anyone pressing a button.
Setting up a schedule
Configure it under Settings → Schedule. Scheduled runs behave exactly like manual ones — same retailers, same catalog, same research-unit usage against your plan's cap — they just happen on time instead of on demand.
What to know
- Scheduling is a paid-plan feature; on the free tier you'll see an upgrade prompt when enabling one.
- Scheduled runs consume research units like any other run, so pick a cadence that fits your plan. See Billing & credits basics.
- A workspace in sample mode can't enable a schedule — reset the workspace data first to switch to your real data.
Picking a cadence
Daily is the common choice: it keeps alert and recommendation data fresh enough to act on each morning without burning through your cap. If your market moves slowly, a lighter cadence stretches the same cap across more of your catalog.
