Billing & credits basics
A quick, factual look at how plans and usage work, so you can pick the right tier and keep an eye on your usage.
The four tiers
Price Checker is billed annually across four tiers — Basic, Pro, Max, and Enterprise — each with its own caps on price-check runs, catalog items, retailers, and team members. Higher tiers raise every cap. You can compare tiers and see your current plan under Settings → Billing.
How usage is measured
Each price check consumes research units against your plan's run cap — this is what happens when you select Run now on Overview, or when a schedule runs on your behalf. Settings → Billing shows your usage against your cap for the current period.
Usage-based overage
Some Pro and Max workspaces can opt in to usage-based overage billing, which allows runs to continue past the plan's included cap at a metered rate instead of being blocked outright. This is opt-in, not automatic — your workspace's caps stay hard limits unless you turn overage on yourself under Settings → Billing, and it isn't offered on every workspace.
Changing plans
Upgrades and downgrades, along with payment details and invoices, are managed from Settings → Billing via Stripe's billing portal. If you're evaluating Enterprise, that page includes the way to get in touch about it.
