Invite your team & set roles

Pricing decisions rarely belong to one person. Invite teammates into your workspace and give each one a role that matches what they should be able to see, change, or approve.

Inviting someone

Send invitations from Settings → Members by email. Sign-in is passwordless — your teammate follows an emailed link or code, so there's no password to set or forget.

The roles

• Owner — full control, including billing and the workspace itself.
• Admin — manages settings, data, and members.
• Member — works with the day-to-day: runs, recommendations, alerts.
• Approver — can approve, reject, or roll back price write-backs without broader admin rights. Useful when the person who owns pricing sign-off isn't the person who configures the workspace.

Seats by plan

The free tier is single-seat. Pro includes 5 members, Max includes 20, and Enterprise has no seat cap — see Billing & credits basics for how plans compare.
