Push accepted prices to your store
Reviewing a recommendation is half the job — the other half is updating the price where you actually sell. Write-back closes that loop: accepting a recommendation can push the new price to your store through guardrails, instead of you retyping it.
Connected platforms
Under Settings → Integrations you can connect Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud on the Max and Enterprise plans. There's also a self-hosted webhook connector from the Pro plan up: a signed payload is delivered to an HTTPS endpoint you control, so any platform you can script against can receive price changes.
Approval stays with you
Write-back is approval-gated by default — a price change goes out when someone with the right role approves it, and every change is auditable and can be rolled back. Workspaces on Max and Enterprise can additionally opt in to autonomous write-back, where changes within your guardrails apply automatically.
Who can approve
The approver role exists exactly for this: teammates who can approve, reject, or roll back price changes without needing broader admin rights. See Invite your team & set roles.
