Import what you sell
Your catalog is the list of products Price Checker tracks on your behalf. You can build it one product at a time, or bring it in all at once.
Adding products manually
For a handful of products, add them directly under Settings → Catalog. This is the quickest path when you're just getting started or only need to track a few items.
Importing via CSV
For a larger catalog, use Settings → Catalog → Import. A sample CSV is available to download right there, showing the exact columns Price Checker expects — matching your file to that format is the fastest way to get a clean import. Review the import results afterward; rows that don't match the expected format are called out so you can fix and re-import just those.
Keeping your catalog current
Your catalog doesn't need to be perfect on day one. Add or import more products at any time, and every future run automatically includes whatever is currently in your catalog — no need to re-trigger anything else after an import.
Plan caps
The number of catalog items you can track is capped by your plan tier. Settings → Billing shows your current usage against that cap.
